Apartment dwellers all know who they need to call when their ceiling springs a leak. But in NYC’s dense landscape, building owners need assistance to manage each unit—especially for large co-ops with complex operations and maintenance demands. Vanderbilt NYC Apt Inc. offers a focused approach to NYC property management, designed for boards, backed by experienced staff, and supported by tools that simplify day-to-day operations.

What they didn’t have was an apartment management website that matched that level of service. They needed a centralized platform for their features, tools, and programs, something that looked sharp, worked fast, and changed the overall voice. They came back to e9digital to make that happen.

We had previously designed the site for NYC Apt Inc. and were thrilled to be their choice for this next project. With their recent merger with Vanderbilt, it was time for a fresh, unified upgrade.

“If you’re thinking about hiring any agency, you should ask: are they doing for themselves what they’re telling me to do? If not, why?” — Conrad Strabone, Managing Partner and President | e9digital

Animation increases user interaction by 58%

Small site animations (such as color changes on a call-to-action button or images that expand when hovered over) create a modern feel for websites and draw users to critical touchpoints on the site. For Vanderbilt NYC Apt Inc., those microinteractions lead their time-strapped audience straight to what matters.

The design had to feel modern without being cold. Vanderbilt NYC Apt Inc. is a trusted agency, and that resonates with their target audience of boards across NYC, from Midtown to Queens. We brought in a hand-drawn NYC skyline as a visual anchor to instantly ground the brand in the city they serve.

Our design team chose a clean, white theme, keeping the bulk of the color in the photography and video. The homepage calls out the three core segments of their target market: co-ops, condos, and rentals, so each group knows they’re in the right place as soon as they hit the website.

Our creative team utilized e9digital’s website design and UX best practices, including:

  • Logo-centered top navigation with clear CTA buttons for current and potential clients.
  • An engaging hero video paired with emotional copy that encourages boards to learn more.
  • Feature pages that outline services for boards and residents (and how they make each target’s life easier).
  • About page that highlights their whole team and drives home that they’re an experienced agency.
  • Mobile-responsive design so boards and residents can access their portal from any device seamlessly.

Viewers retain 95% of a message when they watch it rather than read it

Our team incorporates video, infographics, and UI (user interface) animations as much as possible because they help website visitors engage more with a website. Our editor created an explainer video that introduces the new website and highlights the portal features. Busy board members looking for a different solution for their properties will find everything they need to know in the 30-second video

Strategic website design starts with e9digital

Vanderbilt NYC Apt Inc. required a digital experience that matched their boots-on-the-ground expertise. We delivered a platform that speaks directly to co-op boards and building owners, giving them fast access to key services, team insights, and property management tools. Clean visuals, smart navigation, and a video walkthrough keep the experience efficient and on-brand. Now, the company has a site that reflects its service model while supporting client needs in real time.

Most sites look fine but fail in opportunity cost. Every day your site underperforms is a day of lost business. That’s where e9digital comes in. We combine design thinking, UX strategy, and conversion focus to build custom websites that turn first-time visitors into long-term clients. If your business deserves better than a generic template, contact with e9digital today.

“Our approach is that everything has to work together—the story, the headlines, the imagery, the colors, and the fonts. You can’t unbundle any one of those. They’re all pieces of the same puzzle that need to fit perfectly.”  — Conrad Strabone, Managing Partner and President | e9digital
