LC|NYC Team, a husband-and-wife real estate partnership led by Laura Cook and Adam Wolfe, specializes in Manhattan co-op, condo, and townhouse sales. They’re consistently ranked in the top 5% of Keller Williams NYC agents for sales volume, but they required a website refresh to get more value from it as a tool.
They needed to rebuild their site and with the complexity of the project, a DIY route would have led to disaster. They turned to our local NYC agency, e9digital, to rebuild their site on WordPress, a trusted CMS (content management system) platform and refresh the copy with the New York flair our leader Conrad is known for.

LC|NYC Team’s biggest challenge was their CMS. Managing listings was harder than it needed to be, and the platform limited how those listings could be displayed.
To fix this issue, e9digital built a proprietary simple Listings CMS within WordPress using Advanced Custom Fields. That made management much easier while giving the team full control over how listings appear on the site.
Our work included:
- Rebuilding the site on WordPress for easier ongoing management
- Avoiding a bulky marketplace theme to keep the site cleaner and more flexible
- Refreshing the design with inspiration from LC|NYC Team’s existing site, Compass, and Keller Williams
- Applying best practices around type hierarchy, spacing, and color contrast
- Collaborating closely with Adam and Laura to translate their specific vision into a polished digital experience

The final site gave LC|NYC Team a refreshed design, a more flexible listing system, and a WordPress setup they could actively manage. Adam and Laura were pleased with the design and are already updating the site with new listings, using it like the business tool it was meant to be.
